Jacksonville, FL, February, 2012 – IPS, leaders in the design and build of custom power control systems, recently held an open house to celebrate over 30 years of quality electrical control systems and show customers and partners the company’s new facility and expanded capabilities with the recent acquisition by Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM).

Customers and partners were able to tour the completely built out 86,000-square-foot building and enjoy an evening with IPS personnel and industry partners.

“The open house was a successful event to kick off this exciting transition with our new parent company,” said Bill Young, President of IPS. “We were pleased to open our doors for our customers and partners and share in celebrating IPS’s 30 years and share in our new direction for the future.”

IPS is currently owned by Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM). IEM recently leased the building to allow IPS to expand their capabilities focused on providing customer-specific solutions in control system design and manufacturing.
